Infusing water is so incredibly simple and delightful, and makes me so excited about drinking water. Really, I don't know why restaurants don't offer this. Simply steep fruit and herbs overnight in water.



What's more, this recipe multi-tasks. After a day, throw the ingredients into the blender with ice, and voilà, a delightful smoothie. Or freeze the ingredients for a ready-to-blend treat later. (Whether you make a smoothie or not you should take the fruit + herbs out of the water after a day.)
